First off, we have elected to refer to our operation as “firearms consulting” and not a “gun shop”.
Why is that? The service we provide makes the difference. We are a small, owner-operated Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that aims to provide the best personal service to our customers. Your business will be conducted in private and by appointment. You will not have to wait in line to be helped or wander around for an hour until your purchase is complete. You will be invited to sit in comfort for the duration of your visit. We will go over the safe operation of your firearm, and if you wish, show you how to field strip, clean, and reassemble your gun as well as address any other questions you may have before you leave.
Sure, we can buy and sell guns like a regular gun shop, but we choose to do things a little differently because too often we have seen salespeople at a firearms counter answer customer questions incorrectly or steer the customer towards a gun that clearly didn’t fit their needs.
You won’t be sold a gun that we already have just because we want to unload it from our inventory. If we don’t have the gun you need, we’ll get it. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we’ll tell you so and try to find out. We are sensitive to the needs of those new to firearms or concealed carry (especially women), but happily work with those who know exactly what they want, too.
We are a small operation and don’t keep a huge inventory of guns. In fact, it’s more likely than not that we will need to order the gun you want because stocking every make, model, and caliber is impossible. So, if you are willing to wait a few days, you will get a great price on the gun you want when you deal with us. We are honest, patient people, and we work best with like-minded folks.
